I started studying kinesiology 20 years ago. I found the method extremely effective and efficient, so I spent years learning all its branches and methods. I did it with great pleasure, because it also played a huge role in my own development. In my opinion, it is often more important who teaches than what is taught. I was always interested in psychology, so I found kinesiology as an alternative. In order to learn, I babysat, which allowed me to see into the lives of families. I encountered children’s learning difficulties, adult relationship problems, divorce, which put a heavy burden on the children, integration problems, communication gaps, and I could list the general problems of our everyday lives.
I have been working as a kinesiologist ever since, holding individual solutions. Countless of my clients have been helped by kinesiology, through which they have embarked on the path of change and development. In my opinion, we turn to a professional for help when we feel that “enough is enough” and we want a change. It is very important to know that the specialist does not solve our problems, but shows the way, offers an alternative, and the kinesiologist can even “solve” the blocks that prevent us from moving forward.
